Pros: L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé avec une vue sympa sur la mer et la Floride. L'accès au parking couvert est particulièrement pratique. On peut facilement s'y stationner et l'ascenseur permet d'accéder directement à l'appartement qui est dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel est plutôt calme.

Cons: Le seul point négatif est le balcon. Il n'etait pas très propre et il est partagé avec un petit appartement juste à côté . Cela peut être gênant. L'architecture en L de l'hôtel donne une visibilité trop importante sur les appartements.
