Free Parking and Top Location

Pros: The studio (Room 903) is really beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The room is located in the Arya Hotel and is rented out as an Airbnb through Booking.com. Parking is included, as well as access to the gym and pool. The location is absolutely excellent.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like is that it’s very sound-sensitive. But unfortunately, that seems to be a general issue with hotels. Otherwise I would give 10 Stars.

Really fun and inexpensive place to stay if you’re visiting UMiami.

Pros: Perfect location! Free parking! Easy check in. Very comfortable! Great value!

Great stay, comfortable and clean.

Pros: Clean, well equipped studio. Loved the auto blinds and the decor. Plenty of room for clothes and lots of hangers in the closet. Great water pressure in the shower. Perfect location!

Cons: We had agreed on an early check in (1hr earlier) but front desk would not accommodate saying they had no idea if the studio was ready or not. I showed the email giving me permission and tone changed immediately and a key was handed over. The kuerig does not work (just leaks), stove was broken on one side (both need to be replaced). Went out for coffee though as there are many good baristas in the area. Wish there was a manual on welcoming to the studio with restaurant recommendations and how to use the blinds. I figured it all out but would be a nice touch.
