Comfortable and welcoming apartment

Pros: I stayed only one night, but my experience was very pleasant. The apartment is functional, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. I could easily stay there for several days. It is nicely furnished and has a welcoming, homely feel. After a few previous accommodations, this was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you – I will gladly return when I am in Miami again.

Pros: Conveniently located close to metrorail. Everything that we needed for a short stay with two adults and a baby. Very easy to communicate with the owner through Booking.com

Pros: Perfect value for money. Safe area, clean, comfortable bed. Very careful and detailed information. We were satisfied with everything.

Pros: Piccola ed accogliente. C’è tutto quello che ti serve. Posizione buona per raggiungere in macchina un po’ tutta la città. Coconut Grove vicina con locali e ristoranti. Supermercato abbastanza vicino. Ottimo tappo qualità/prezzo. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli.

Pleasant and safe place. Great hosts. Great location.

Pros: Great place and hosts. The unit had all things we needed and even more. There was even a delicious coffee there and a coffee machine. The main bed and an extra sofa (which can be transformed into a full bed) were both so comfortable so we a family of three slept like babies. The location is great and like 10 mins by walk from Douglas Road Metrorsil Station (Coconut Groove Metrorail Station is under renovation till May 25’ but there is a free back-to-back Shuttle between both the stations). In overall, the place is great and we would def stay there again in the future. Hosts of the place are very friendly and caring. It felt like home.

Pros: Excelente apartamento, con todo lo necesario, cómodo, bien ubicado, buen transporte público, sin duda volveré.

Obecně hodnotím ubytování kladně,klidně bychom se zde ubytovali znovu.

Pros: Jednoduchý check in,dobrá lokalita. Majitel měl hezky strukturované zprávy,díky kterým bylo vše jasné a dokonce jsme dostali i tipy,co navštívit.

Cons: Nebylo možné zavřít=zamknout okna v kuchyni a koupelně-nahlášeno majiteli,který slíbil,že to nechá opravit. Kuchyně nebyla moc vybavená,ale rozumím,že klienti sem nejezdí,aby si vařili-základní vybavení je. Ubytování bylo obecně čisté,ale koupelna nebo kuchyň by mohly být čistší.

Pros: VERY clean — a little hudden gem. Slight negative was the entire street torn up and major renovation going on on both sides. Gave it a “sketchy” feel at first but actually all good. Neughborhood close to many amenities.
