Very clean and fully equipped apartment in a brilliant location

Pros: Location is absolutely fantastic. CocoWalk, Milam's Market, Metro station, Dinner Key, Berries in the Grove are all within 10 minutes walk. Apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linen. I stayed here for two weeks and couldn't really fault it. Also great value for money given the area.

Pros: Se encuentra en una urbanización muy agradable, bonita y segura, muy cerca para tomar las autopistas principales. Ideal para caminar o pasear, cerca del mar donde se encuentra la marina Regatta Park, como tambien el centro comercial CocoWalk, restaurantes y comercios cercanos

Cons: La cocina podrían equiparla mejor con mas accesorios y sustituir algunos, algunos muebles, persianas, closet requieren mantenimiento y remodelación en el cuarto de ducha. Cumple con todo lo necesario

Great location. Great host. Great for the price.

Pros: The host was great, very responsive and kind. Location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants, bars, pharmacies. A/C worked great. Kitchen was a big plus. Had pots, pans, coffee maker and even ground coffee.

Cons: The shower flooded a little if the shower was too long, draining was a bit too slow, but nothing serious.
