Fantastic stay in Miami - great little Apartment

Pros: Great little place for a couple nights in Miami. Good location to everything.. 15/20 min drive to downtown, Pier 5, Key Biscayne, Wynwood Walls etc. 5 mins to Calle Ocho and Publix supermarket for supplies. Apartment tastefully decorated and although compact, had everything we needed. Great communication from Gabby our Host with fantastic recommendations on what to do as well. Air conditioning and internet worked well. Great free parking in quiet neighbourhood

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a convenient location

Pros: Lovely apartment, plenty of space including 2 separate bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Worked well for our family of 4. Location was ok, not walkable to anything significant but it is a pleasant, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to little Havana, Coral Gables, Brickell or downtown Miami. Staff were very accommodating and helped me retrieve a package I had delivered, even though it was delayed so arrived after I had left the property. Good aircon. Good shower.

Cons: Main bed was quite soft for our taste, but we found soft beds are quite common wherever we stayed in America.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this place – great location and price.

Pros: There are many advantages to this place: peace and quiet, a dedicated parking space, plenty of room, 3 rooms, great location, excellent communication with the owner, fast Wi-fi and the price.

Cons: The house is not new, the walls are not perfect, you can hear the neighbors on the first floor very clearly, and there is some mold in the bathroom, no kettle.

Pros: Perfect place in Miami. Free parking and easy to reach downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Very convenient for the airport too.

Cons: The double bed in the master bedroom needs replacing or needs to be fixed. I fixed it for the time being but that won't last.

Pros: todo bien, buena ubicacion, se puede ir andando a los comercios. casa comoda, buen jardin para pasar la tarde

Cons: la casa es bonita pero necesita algunas mejoras hubiera venido bien una aspiradora y mas utensillos de limpieza para limpiar un poco ya que estuvimos una semana y con niños vendria bien.

Pros: Het verblijf is erg compleet. Voldoende keukenspullen. Inrichting is erg huiselijk en warm. Er is zelfs gedacht aan een koelbox en strand lakens voor evt. als je naar het strand wilt.

Cons: Geen

Goede uitvalsbasis om Miami te ontdekken!

Pros: De ligging is top, dichtbij het vliegveld en je bent ook zo in het centrum/bij het strand. Een auto is wel nodig! Rustige wijk met supermarkten in de buurt.

Cons: Beetje gehorig, bovenburen hoor je goed.

It was great to be able to rent both this apartment and the casita behind us for my parents!

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy, and convenient to get to.

Cons: There apparently was not a lot of padding on the ceiling above us, so both at night and in the morning we heard fairly loudly the sound of footsteps from the family renting the apartment above ours. It's probably something that should be addressed as it was definitely noticeable and did make it a little harder to fall asleep (or remain asleep in the AM).
