Would recommend to anyone staying in Miami Florida close to anything such as food attractions and gas stations and just

Pros: Very close to a lot of attractions and the airport perfect for anyone staying on a business trip or a vacation for a very good price very close to the beach just a couple of 20 minutes away . quiet neighborhood, and had free WiFi and parking!

Pros: Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación del lugar! es muy central y tiene buen acceso a los sitios turísticos. Es una zona agradable y muy segura. Adicional a ello, es bastante acogedor y cuenta con todo lo necesario para vivir un tiempo.

Pros: La ubicación, el espacio del apartamento. Amable el propietario. Muy cerca de un paradero de bus linea 24 y a unos 5 min caminando a la estación tren Viscaya a un paradero de Brickell lo que para nosotros resulto acesible para movilizarnos.

Nice, Clean Place but They Charge to Clean Then You Have To

Pros: It was a simple room, nice bed, clean. Good strong shower and excellent airco.

Cons: I paid $80 for a cleaning fee, then was sent a notice saying I was to not only put trash in the bin, but take it to the curb. (So I left no trash. I paid for cleaning, thanks.) They also wanted me to strip the bed linens. I left zero leas so I feel like I paid for nothing.

Muy bien

Pros: Genial la ubicación. Cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercado y lavandería. Además, hay autobuses para ir a todos lados y parada del trolley, bus gratuito hacia el centro .

Cons: Por decir algo: Echamos de menos algún armario más en la habitación y una mesa con sillas en el exterior. Nada que le quite valor al alojamiento

Belle chambre très bien située

Pros: Belle chambre, neuve et parfaitement propre. Emplacement idéal avec la station de métro et le tramway gratuit à 5 minutes à pied, puis à 10-15 minutes du centre ville ou 25 minutes de l aéroport en ligne directe. Parfait pour garer une voiture. Le check in/out est autonome, pas d horaire à respecter. Et l hôte m a laissé utiliser un lave linge / sèche linge gracieusement. Viscaya, accessible à pied en 15 minutes, est fabuleux !

Cons: Effectivement quelques détails, manque une lampe de chevet (obligé de se lever pour allumer/ éteindre la lumière principale), et pas de rideaux occultant. Il fait plein jour dans la chambre même le store fermé.
