Très bien mais il faut régler le problème d'humidité dans la 3° chambre en façade avant

Pros: Appartement spacieux et confortable, au calme quoique proche du centre

Cons: mais 1 seule petite sdbain incluant le wc ( peu pratique) et une des chambres était atteinte d'humidité au niveau des murs , ce qui provoquait une legere odeur de champignons dans l'appartement. Nous n'étions que 4 heureusement car nous n'aurions pas voulu dormir dans cette chambre.
