Good value for the money and great location.

Pros: We liked the location and the wiew. Safe and clean area in Miami. There was a Publix a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Cons: Very noisy airconditioning and the kitchen could have been cleaned better. The drive up the 24 levels in the parking lot/house was very tight. We had a Ford Exhibition and it just fitted since we drove very slowly.

Pros: El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente y Buenos amenities.

Cons: Al departamento le faltan algunos elementos. Todo es demasiado justo. Viaje con los hijos y era muy difícil cocinar una cena para 5 con los utensilios de cocina. En líneas generales el departamento estaba bien mantenido,aunque a mí criterio necesita mejorar el mantenimiento y podría hacer ya una actualización de los baños que quedaron un poco viejos. También me parece que el personal es muy atento y siempre contesta aunque no me ayudaron mucho en mis necesidades. Es mucho más acogedor cuando nos ayudan con nuestros inconvenientes, es lo que nos hace sentir mejor cuando no estamos en casa.

Pros: The view, people, balconies, kitchen, rooms, hot tub, the area and location.

Cons: A restaurant would be nice. The steam room wasn’t working. Having only one key was difficult. A little more linens for the pull out couches would be great.

We all went in for convention.

Pros: Location was superior, the space accommodations for my party of 7 was perfect.

Cons: We needed wash cloth and more hand towel. We needed an extra set of sheets for the the small sofa/bed. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels in kitchen. Kitchen did not have hand towel or hot mit for oven. Elevators not working well (last say checkout over 2 hours to get out!
