Custo benefício bom mas tem falhas

Pros: Localização, custo benefício, banheiros, tem 1 vaga na garagem

Cons: Limpeza mais ou menos, n tinha tapetes, n tinha maquina de lavar e só 1 toalha para cada um para 4 dias, pedi para trazerem tapetes e toalhas mas nao trouxeram

Pros: Acomodação moderna, excelente localização para quem quer conhecer o Brickell e Downtown. Prédio com infraestrutura boa.

Cons: Tivemos 2 problemas. O primeiro foi que a administradora da locação cobrou 52 Dólares a mais sob o argumento de que era “taxa de utilização da infraestrutura do condomínio”. Esse valor não estava no anúncio, mesmo depois de aparecer todos os encargos e taxas extras. Foi cobrada por mensagem direta depois que efetuei a reserva. Ponto negativo! Gostaria que o BOOKING ressarcisse o valor, pois não constava a taxa extra no fechamento da reserva. Segundo transtorno foi que não conseguimos estacionar o nosso veículo no estacionamento do prédio, pois, segundo o pessoal que cuida da garagem, o nosso veículo não passaria na altura do estacionamento. O anúncio destacava o “estacionamento gratuito”. Estávamos com uma Van e tivemos que estacionar no estacionamento particular que há no prédio da frente. Custo diário de 40 dólares. Mais uma surpresa negativa!
