Pros: I definitely recommend this place. Our stay in this apartment was wonderful. Really great location. The apartment’s equipment was fantastic — absolutely nothing was missing. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also valued the large beach towels. Everything was clean, nice and comfortable. Parking was on the 12th floor, but it’s not a problem at all. With a regular car it’s completely fine, and with a larger one it’s manageable too, just a bit slower. The pool, jacuzzi, and gym were great — free access until 10 p.m.

Great choice for your days in Miami

Pros: Clean, spacious condo, at wonderful spot in Miami. As advertised. Gym and pool are equally pleasant. Good choice if you’re a few days in Miami.

Cons: Nothing really. The ride up to the 12th floor in the parking garage is a bit od a nuisance, but not a big thing. I stayed in same building last year, and they had wonderfully decorated their house, so I reserves my 10 for that. This is a bit more functional, but also great. Yet a tad lower than last year’s flat.

Lovely indeed

Pros: Everything. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a few days in Miami. The location is great, the apartment is indeed lovely and the host very helpful.

Spacious and comfortable

Pros: Beautiful and spacious apartment with lots of facilities. CVS just downstairs and some restaurants within walking distance. Having a dedicated parking space is great in a city like Miami, do add an extra 10 minutes just to exit the garage as it's quite a few floors up. Our 3 year old loved the indoor play room at the pool level, it wasn't very big, but there were lots of toys and a small climb & slide structure which she enjoyed playing with a lot.

Cons: We would have loved to have some more small amenities like washing powder, but that's only a minor suggestion. Also, a great addition would be to have a clothes rack to dry items that do not go into the dryer. Finally, getting into the apartment was a bit of a hassle. Going up to the parking on the 12th floor by car, only to realise we could not operate the door nor the lifts without the fob....which could be found inside the apartment. The receptionists were great, but we would have loved to have known that before getting all our bags and 3y old out of the car...

Pros: The apartment is in excellent location, with easy access to the city train. 27th floor has very nice view on the other high buildings and on the ocean. It was clean and well equipped. There is a dedicated parking place, however, it is on 12 floor, so expect a longer ride to get there.

Perfect stay!

Pros: Location was great, lots of bars, restaurants, stores nearby, in the heart of everything. Lots of sleeping space, clean (most important thing for me), well-stocked, and washer-dryer in the bathroom! I would stay again for sure and recommend! Had utensils to make meals, which saves money in itself- we made breakfast everyday then ate out for an early dinner. Also well stocked on basic things like teabags and seasonings. Great view from the balcony too. It’s more than 20 floors up- heads up incase you are scared of heights.

Cons: This has nothing to do with the host, but the woman at the front desk was very cold and rude upon our arrival. Not even a hello, and felt like I was being told off when I asked if we needed to check in or what the process was. Also seemed to be more interested in flirting with her colleague and calling him names playfully like “a**hole” in front of guests. Wasn’t impressed, being sat there with my young daughter.

All in all very nice and we had a great stay

Pros: Very convenient location, shops, restaurants, mall all in walking distance. Host was great and responded to messages promptly. Pool and restaurant on the 14th floor. Definitely able to sleep 6 people. Great balcony. I recommend.

Cons: Shower is extremely hard to change temperature. If you put it too cold or hot it takes at least 8-10 mins to change which is extremely annoying. If you leave right at 11am elevator is clogged for 30+ mins. You will be waiting a significant amount of time. Parking is annoying because there is a wall on every ramp which is extremely tight. You have to drive very slow to the 12th floor up/down.
