Pros: Le quartier calme, les équipements. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.

Cons: Le bruit des avions et des coqs. Difficile de manger à l'intérieur à 4.

Pros: La atención del host ha sido impecable y el alojamiento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más como para poder desenvolverte si estuvieras en tu propia casa.

Cons: Quizás la calidad de los colchones que lo encontramos bastante blandos y el hecho de que éramos tres personas y si queríamos comer dentro en la cocina solo disponíamos de dos sillas altas para poder hacerlo juntas pero nos pudimos apañar sin problema; además pudimos hacer uso de la lavadora y la secadora . ¡Muchas gracias por todos los detalles! Sin duda repetiríamos si volvemos a Miami

Pros: Llits molt còmodes. Apartament molt net i els llençols i les tovalloles també. La comunicació amb en Mauricio fantàstica. Molt fàcil aparcament i ben situat. Ideal per a famílies. Cuina molt completa. Espai reduït però és tal qual posa a les fotografies i informació. Repetirem quan tornem a Miami!!

Small house in convenient location

Pros: The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The house was clean and had all the basics for cooking and coffee that we could've hoped for. The owner quickly resolved an issue that we had with the water.

Cons: The air conditioning seemed to need service or was insufficient for the house as it always got warm in the house in the afternoon. It was a tight space for 5 of us and we didn't have any place to really sit and relax. Mattresses weren't very comfortable.

Pros: Casa piccola ma molto accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio e fornitura (bagno, cucina, letti) Molto graziosa Mauricio e Mary molto presenti e disponibili a risolvere le nostre problematiche. Buona posizione nel quartiere di Wynwood, che ci è piaciuto molto. E buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons: Noi eravamo 5 adulti e gli spazi erano molto risicati. Il materasso gonfiabile non comodissimo (forse meglio un futon sul pavimento). Condizionatore un po' rumoroso Il checkout era alle 11 (am), ma alle 10 la signora delle pulizie è entrata senza neppure suonare il campanello (sicuramente un malinteso)🤗 Non ci sono lavatrice/asciugatrice

Pros: Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja - blisko Wynwood i komunikacji miejskiej, wygodne dwie sypialnie, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i łazienka, czysto. Odbiór kluczy ze skrytki, możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Cons: Brak salonu, gdzie można by wspólnie posiedzieć (no chyba że w ogrodzie na tyłach budynku), ale tak to domek naprawdę OK.

We enjoyed our overnight.

Pros: The location of this rental was excellent, very close to restaurants and shopping areas. The neighborhood was also relatively quiet, with the exception of a rooster. The unit was small but sufficient for a short stay. It was also clean.

Cons: The unit was fine for a short stay.

Pros: La localisation. Proche du centre avec le trolley. Quartier calme. Logement propre correspondant parfaitement à la description.

Great place to stay near the art and design district. 4-minutewalk

Pros: It was clean, we had lots of amenities and it was perfectly located. It looked beautiful, like a beach house and everything was well organized

Cons: The mattress in the twin beds were a bit uncomfortable.
