I was working for a few days and as a solo traveller this was a good choice. Nothing fancy but it was safe and exploring

Pros: Location, good bars within a minute’s walk. It was quiet.

Cons: Basic. But it did the job for me.

Pros: Apartment was really clean and location is perfect, also Jason was giving us tips and was helpful. You have very cheap laundry downstairs and private parking, we loved that.

Cons: The AC is very loud and is right next to the bed, so if you are not a hard sleeper, take some earplugs. Also this is not a bad thing, but it would be really helpful if, kitchen would be better equipped (maybe a pan and one more sharp knife)

Pros: Very good location, staff were very helpful and responsive to any queries would recommend

Pros: The neighborhood was beautiful with plenty of cool business and restaurants to check out.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: Not big, but clean and modern room, no cockroaches. We haven't met the owners, but they were always in touch by e-mail. All in all we had a good experience there

Cons: It would be very nice to have a mat in the bathroom. Washer and drier were not well indicated. The main parking fits 5-6 cars (when there are 17 rooms), 2 cars can be parked additionally in the front of the building, also street paid parking is available. In mid-April we were always able to find a free parking lot, but it would be great to mark the lots in order to help people use the parking area in the most sufficient way. We have paid more than $70 as a cleaning fee, but we were not provided such a service during our 4-nights stay. They use their own system for payments and i had experienced several issues when my cards were not accepted by it

Spectacular

Pros: Communication was amazing. Ubication amazing too. When I came back I will be there again.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was amazing. Great communication. Great space. And great ubication.

Enkelt men trivsamt boende med kort avstånd till närbutik och restauranger.

Pros: Rummet var välstädat och funktionellt. Mikro och kylskåp med liten frys-del underlättade förvaring utav olika varor. Badrummet var rent, men med ganska slitna golv och väggytor. Inte något som störde funktioner som användes. Saknade någon form av bekvämare fotölj eller stol, att använda när jag skulle titta på teve. Om man ligger i sängen så blir sänggaveln i fotändan ivägen för teverutan. Jag fick ganska ofta meddelanden från värden, och undrade om allt var till belåtenhet. Han tipsade om lämpligt ställe att äta frukost på. Mycket uppskattat av mig!

Cons: Saknade en skönare sittplats i samband med att jag tittade på teve. Det fanns en enkel stol att sitta på, alternativt ligga i sängen och titta på teve, men då var sänggaveln i vägen... Det var trångt på parkeringen, då övriga gäster hade dåligt omdöme om hur man bör parkera när det finns en begränsad yta. Om man röjer bort grenar från trädet, som hänger ner mot taket av bilen när man parkerar under det, och även klipper häcken vid sidan om, så skulle det skapa bättre utrymme!

It is our second time. We love the area and the location.

Cons: Despite everything were clean, the room and the building need some maintenance
