Pros: View and placement if really nice. Pool was nice and fitness ok.

Cons: A bit dirty. Small fridge, bad and old kitchen stuff.

Great location!

Pros: This was the fourth time I stayed at Arya, and I will come back. The hosts are great, and the location is fabulous: you can walk to the harbour and the many restaurants and bars in the Grove. Parking on site was also helpful. The furniture in the room we had this time was worn and a bit tired, but the bed was clean and comfy. There is only one set of cutlery and plates for a double room, which I find strange, and no wine glasses. The last two days, there was a festival right across the street, and the roads were completely closed off, which created chaos, at no fault of the hosts, but I wish I had known. It was nearly impossible to drive in and out of Coconut Grove, and a drive to nearby Brickell took an hour. The garage entrance was closed, and we had to drive around a very tricky way to get in and out of the garage. If you stay here and need to go places by car, avoid this festival weekend! Overall, Arya is good, but I wish there were an on-site bar.

Cons: -Not enough cutlery -No bar on-site

Pros: This is my second stay at Arya and the reception is always manned and staff is helpful. The bed was fantastic and the view lovely. The location is fabulous!

Cons: The cutlery in the room was sparse; two forks, one knife, no spoons and two mismatches plates. There was one toilet roll, so I had to go out and buy plastic cutlery and toilet rolls right away, which was not really a problem.

Great location and value

Pros: The location was great, view with balcony is exceptional for the sunset, rooftop pool & PH gym were great. Staff was exceptional and let us use the facilities before check-in time

Cons: Communication with the host was non-existent. The instructions e-mail we received mentioned we can request free early check-in as of 12pm . I made the request twice and never got a reply from the host and had to wait 4 hours to check-in the room. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

The stay was pleasant and convenient

Pros: The front desk was great. They were very helpful and being able to use the parking facility.

Cons: I could not figure out how to navigate the TV. There were 3 controls, but could only turn the TV on. The front desk said they would help, but I ended up not watching TV. The WIFI information provided in the room did not work. Once again the front desk provided us with the hotel WIFI.

Great location, friendly staff but unit could use updating.

Pros: The management staff was friendly, responsive and professional. However, this particular unit was a little outdated. We were a little biased because we stayed the previous month in a different unit, one floor down,and it was pristine and had a better view for less per night.

Pros: Toller Poolbereich und gute Ausstattung der Zimmer.

Cons: In unserer Badewanne war noch Kot vom Vorgänger…

Pros: Bardzo miła obsługa, pomocna. Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons: Uwaga na bardzo ciasne zakręty na parkingu. Widać ślady, że wiele samochodów się porysowało.

Pros: Súper bien ubicado en Coconut Grove, a una cuadra de CocoWalk y justo frente a la marina.

Cons: Al ser un loft, el ruido del refrigerador me despertaba ya que tengo el sueño ligero.

Pros: Esta habitación muy cómoda, no así la que me dieron la semana siguiente, del 2 al 9 de febrero...
