Pros: The view is very beautiful, the apartment is very good located in Miami, comfortable and Chris is super kind with the guests! For sure I Will be Back soon with my family!

A pretty solid stay :)

Pros: Excellent customer service from the host Chris, he was incredibly attentive and responsive. The gym, rooftop swimming pool and sauna / steam room were all fantastic! The projector and partition screen were also a nice touch.

Cons: A little on the pricey side. Room had some shoddy fixtures and fittings. Communal shower for after swim / sauna out of order. General unwelcome feeling from residents implying they dislike Airbnb in their block…

Pros: Comfortable small appartment with all kitchen amenities and pool on top. Chris was a caring and easy communicating host

Cons: Mind the cleaning, it wasn't very clean, dust around, shabby sofas. The building nice, but didn't like surroundings, however this is not the owner's fault at all

Cozy apartment in exclusive condo.

Pros: Great location, exclusive condo. Love the facilities, sauna, gym, rooftop with huge pool. Apartment is cozy, has everything you need for long or short stay. The neighbors was very friendly . Love the host, positive a helpful, thank you Chris, it was my best Miami marathon-vacation ever.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Miami.

Pros: La vue magnifique, la piscine + salle de sport, ascenseur rapide et propre. Grosse machine à laver + sèche linge Gros réfrigérateur Notre hôte a été ponctuel, sympathique et au rendez-vous.

Cons: Je pense qu’il faudrait un pommeau de douche amovible en plus de la douche parapluie et changer le rideau de douche. Il y a quelques finitions à effectuer pour que ce soit parfait.. et enlever les tapis pour la propreté sinon dans l’ensemble c’est une belle prestation
