Awesome location. Would stay here again

Pros: The location was amazing and easy to get around with accessible transportation. Very accommodating for early check in. Would stay here again in the future.

Cons: We didnt realize the oven was a microwave. Would have been better if a welcome book was in room with nearby attractions and how to work the microwave. Cleaning in the bathroom and shower could be better. Seems like their is problem with plumbing and drainage issues.

Great apartment and location

Pros: New, clean and well-maintained facilities. Excellent range of kitchenware and utensils.

Cons: There was no microwave oven, despite this being listed in the apartment’s features. (That was one main reason we selected this place.)

Pros: Great apartment, comfortable beds. Convenient stuff to use, like enough towels, linnen, Soap, everything was extra what was great.

Cons: We contacted about the broken couch in the living room, quick response, just no actual help during our stay. The couch was not fixed during our stay and we couldn’t use it at all.

Pros: Has washing facilities and a little kitchen, big bathroom and plenty of space for 2 people

Cons: Bed was a bit difficult to get around in the tight space, but otherwise perfect. Located close to the cruise terminal, but the building is located in DT Miami so a bit rough outside….

Overall I was comfortable and happy with the apartment

Pros: The location was good, as I expected because after the week in this apartment I had to move to an hotel that was close by, so all good. Apartment had everything one needs to cook and it was comfortable. They provide enough stuff so you dont beed to buy anything, however the washing product for the washing machine is not really good so if you want to wash your clothes I would suggest you buying something else.

Cons: I didn't get any breakfast even though it was supposed to be provided. Nobody replied to me when I told them that the hairdryer wasn't working, so if you have a problem with anything it will be difficult to deal with them. It took me some time to get my key because there was just one person in the entrance of the building and she was busy trying to solve the key access for other person (you have to download an app to get the key), and it took a while. Prizes or the restaurante and drinks are too exaggerated. The pool of the building is shared with a low cost price hotel, so it is difficult to enjoy it.

Pros: The location is close to the waterfront and shops. Units are modern, fitted with all the necessary items you need to make it feel like home. The unit is clean, has amazing views, and is super comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were a winner with the whole family. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great hotel in an amazing city.

Cons: The lack of space and parking to offload and load your luggage. Please consider complimentary parking across the road with porters or trolleys for the guest. The modern keyless access by using your phone as an access key is frustrating when your hands are full to try and dig for your phone to get an elevator or open your door to your room and the access door. It's a modern approach but needs some rethinking.

Pros: The location, the interiors, the security, the facilities are all excellent

Cons: No pillow options and all pillows provided we're uncomfortable; despite it's top floor, a lot of noise nearby. I didn't sleep solidly in general
