Pros: Downtown Miami, next to Bayside and Bayfront park. View was amazing, 29th floor with balcony. Very modern, very clean, pool, gym mini shop. Check in and communication very good and straightforward. Building and room smells nice. Nice atmosphere. Exactly what is on the photos. Very impressed.
Cons: No parking, but there are two multi-storey car parks on the street behind to park a car.

My stay overall was amazing , very comfortable at home feeling.
Pros: I really enjoyed the fact i was pretty much in walking distance or 20 minutes or less of a drive away from everything . The amenities were amazing staff was friendly and my host made sure to keep in contact with me to make sure my stay was great !
Cons: I truly have no complaints i just wish there was a trash can or trash bags available for waste

Pros: Came in for a stay the day before a cruise. We had a early flight and a 3 hour drive to the airport. Since we arrived in Miami so early we rented a car ate breakfast drove up to the Everglades to Holiday park. The host checked in with us to verify everything was okay and got us hooked up with parking. Once we arrived there were some water in the refrigerator and some snacks our kids took advantage of. The view was awesome pretty much everything I could think of was in walking distance. Sleep great Got up recharged and checked out the cruise ships in the morning. Will definitely be checking availability the next time we travel to Miami.

Pros: La vista y la ubicación son excelentes, el trato, contacto y repuesta del anfitrión también, fue una maravillosa estancia, amamos el lugar y que el edificio además de lindo tuviera en su primer piso una cafetería. Gracias por todo!

Pros: המקום ממש יפה ממוקם באזור נוח ויפה. המטבח ממש מאובזר והנוף מטורף
Cons: נחתנו במיאמי בשעה 8:30 בבוקר ובררתי אם אפשר לעשות צ׳ק אין מוקדם כי לא היה לנו איפה ללכת עם כל המזוודות ואין מקום לאחסן אותם ולא היה אפשרות לכך ופשוט חיכינו במשך 4 שעות בלובי כדי לקבל את החדר.

A comfortable, well kept spot with unforgettable views and a prime location.
Pros: The studio had a bright, airy feel with a layout that made the most of its incredible views. Balcony was truly mesmerizing, you could see the water, cruises and boats coming and going at Bayside, and the city skyline stretching out toward South Beach. Everything inside felt clean, modern, and well taken care of, making it easy to relax the moment I arrived. The location put me close to great food, entertainment, and attractions without feeling crowded. Good to know it’s right next to the cruises dock station, next time I book a cruise I know where to stay, I will definitely come back
Cons: Nothing I can think of my experience was smooth from start to finish.

A stylish, well-located apartment with amazing downtown views
Pros: The apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped—everything from the kitchen to the washer/dryer made it easy to feel at home. The key was easy to retrieve, and check-in was smooth and familiar this time. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, both day and night. My daughter especially loved the stay—having a TV to herself was a highlight for her. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which added a relaxing touch to our time there.
Cons: Nothing major. If anything, a little more flexibility with check-in would’ve been helpful, but overall, no real complaints. We would have also been happy to receive our packages while there.
