A perfect stay – amazing location, stunning views, thoughtful details, and an outstanding host!
Pros: We stayed in the apartment with our kids for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location is excellent, the apartment is of a very high standard, and the view is simply breathtaking. Every little detail was thought of – from all the kitchenware to coffee and dishwasher capsules. Frank was always available and responsive at any hour to anything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

Highly recommend and would definitely be back.
Pros: Everything about the property was great. The location and views were spectacular and easy to find. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed.
Cons: I wish there was more information. This was our first valet service and we were not told what to do and not to do with valet. I recommended to the owner to jar a pamphlet at our unit explaining the facility amenities and hours.

We had an awesome time and loved the unit, views, and resort amenities.
Pros: The unit is very clean and spacious with an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool area which was gorgeous. Everything is meticulously maintained and it did not get overcrowded even though we were there on school vacation week. Frank was a great host who responded quickly to my questions ahead of our trip and also emailed me after our check in to make sure we were all good. We took short Uber rides to the boardwalk every evening as there are lots of great restaurants over there. Will definitely be back next year!
Cons: There’s only one restaurant in the resort that’s way overpriced and not really suited for kids. Thats no big deal though as we wanted to get out and explore anyway. The beach is beautiful but can have lots of seaweed depending on the day. Could just be the time of year.

Mooi appartement met ocean view!
Pros: Het contact met de eigenaar was top! Frank was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageerde snel op de app. Het appartement is super mooi en luxe en de bedden liggen echt fantastisch. We hebben er goed geslapen. Locatie is super relaxed op 25 minuten van Miami en ook dichtbij Sawgrass Mills outlet.
Cons: Het personeel van het gebouw is niet zo vriendelijk. Ze mogen hier wel beter op screenen, je betaald genoeg voor de locatie. Ook betaal je $40 per dag verplicht extra voor gebruik van zwembad, handdoeken, strandbed. Echter zijn er strandstoelen in het appartement die je mee kunt nemen. Aan ons werd verteld daar dat de $40 per dag verplicht is om te betalen. Het zwembad vonden we niet veel aan, dus voor ons was dit een beetje overbodig.

Pros: L'appartement est parfait pour une famille, tout est bien pensé et très propre. Emplacement parfait et belles infrastructures (piscines, fitness). Service valet très sympathique.
Cons: Frank est très agréable et prévenant, l'accueil et le personnel de la résidence est très désagréable. Très autoritaire..

Schöne Anlage für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros: Gute Lage, Gastgeber Frank war sehr nett (Kontakt über booking) und hat Fragen immer sehr schnell reagiert. Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Kaffee, Wasser, Öl, Gewürze waren vorhanden.
Cons: Parken im Resort mit 35$/Nacht schon sehr teuer. Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise schon stark abgenutzt.

Pros: The room exceeded our expectations we've stayed in Hollywood before, and this was by far the best place we've stayed. The room was gorgeous, clean, and the amenities were great! It was right on the beach, and the view from the room was beautiful on one side you got a great ocean view and the other the city. The host, Frank, was incredibly responsive and super nice the whole time. The valet parking was always quick never an issue for us and the front desk staff welcomed us every time we came through. Definitely recommend this room, we come to Hollywood every year, and will definitely be booking here again if it's available!
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
