Great stay, no complaints but please be transparant in advertisement.

Pros: Great spacious appartement next to the beach. Pleasant stay.

Cons: Note you will be charged the infamous mandatory resort fee of 40$ a night after (a non refundable rate) booking. This is not mentioned in advertisement. Tbh the appartement is worth it but it still leaves a bad taste and would be illegal in the EU.

Maltrato de las empleada de limpieza

Pros: La hospitalidad de los empleados del hotel fue muy buena, un trato fenomenal 👌 y la atención perfecta. 👌

Cons: A la hora del checking out fue una falta de respeto a mi familia, el personal de limpieza de la habitación fueron groseros y muy impertinentes, le abrieron la habitación con ellos adentro y las mandaron a salir , la hora 10 y 40 de la mañana. Quería saber donde puedo quejarme, pues fue una muy mala experiencia especialmente el dia de las Madres. Mi hija de 14 años se asusto mucho .Estoy muy molesto con este incidente en el que involucra a 2 menores que se encontraban en la habitación. Lo voy a llevar hasta las últimas consecuencias .Ya estoy en conversación con mis abogados. Por lo demás que involucra al hotel, no tengo absolutamente ninguna queja.
