Pros: Amazing location, well appointed and good value for money.

Cons: Property could benefit from a better mattress, new pillows (very much needed) and a block out blind in the bedroom as the outside light is on all night - making the room very light during the night.

Great Location with a comfortable atmosphere!

Pros: So close to the drive so really great for a single person. Best property I have stayed at in regard to location proximity to all LGBT hotspots.

Cons: Very expensive. I can understand you are trying to make a living and a profit. I just really want to stay here again in October but expensive.

Pros: Casa mt limpa e bem preparada para o hóspede. Boa localização.

Cons: Como sugestão: podia ter um portão de acesso , antes da porta das casas, com senha tbm. Nos sentimos um pouco vulneráreis pq qq um pode entrar. Inclusive 2 homens bateram à porta e ñ sabíamos quem eram.

Good location, comfortable

Pros: I have stayed at this property in several occasions.

Un séjour parfait, dans un quartier agréable et calme.

Pros: Appartement avec petit salon, TV connectée, cuisine équipée, salle de bain correcte, lit confortable, climatisation moins bruyante que la normale, place de parking gratuite, endroit calme et pourtant proche de l'avenue principale et ses bars. Insonorisation excellent, on n'entendait aucun de nos voisins. Quartier très agréable, possibilité de se promener tôt le matin, ou tard le soir, en toute sécurité.

Cons: Une de nos serviettes était tâchée (mais propre) et il manquait du gel douche, mais c'est vraiment un détail qui n'impactera absolument pas l'excellente note que cet établissement mérite amplement.

I would stay again but bring more of my basic needs.

Pros: Great location. I’ve stayed here before, always clean. Quiet street and you can’t hear noise from the Drive even though it’s a short block away. Great a/c and ceiling fans. Easy parking. Very easy to get in on arrival, good response from owners if needed. 2 coffee makers (but no coffee pods available for the pod machine, just the reusable holders). Bed & pillows are comfortable. Very roomy & comfortable stay.

Cons: No soap in the shower dispenser and the shampoo dispenser doesn’t work. You should bring your own shower needs. Coffee provided is flavored so bring your own if you like good black coffee.

Great stay!

Pros: Very great communication with the owners and the space was clean, comfortable, and location was excellent. Very easy to get to and was a nice quiet stay.

Good value and location

Pros: Apartment was nicely furnished, Location was excellent, and reasonably quiet for its location. Access to the property was good. Parking was good.

Cons: The Bed in the master bedroom was not that comfortable. It would be a good idea to add a memory foam top to the bed to make more comfortable. The pillows for me were too small and not very comfortable. Other item was all the security cameras, made me feel like there had been issues in the past, but also somewhat understandable.
