Everything was as promised.

Pros: I actually was a little concerned about the door code situation and what I would do if it did not work but everything worked out fine.

Great location and great value coupled with a comfortable and clean apt made flr a great stay!

Pros: Location, location, location! It was so close to the central entertainment district of Wilton Manors on the Drive.

Cons: No pool.

GREAT Location and reasonable rate

Pros: This was a great location when I returned home to visit friends. It is near all the attractions of Wilton Drive yet a block away to cut down on noise. The unit itself was very quiet mainly due to concrete walls between units and no one is above you. I enjoyed the free parking space available right in front. The unit provides a keyless entry which cuts down on lost keys. Decor is fairly basic but to be expected at this price point. I needed to ask a couple questions and the host was VERY responsive which I appreciated.

Cons: I wished there were dishtowels in the kitchen, but the paper towels were OK. The soap in the shower didn't have a good smell but the shampoo did.

Excellent value, very clean, everything I needed in the unit.

Pros: Very nice to have a small apartment rather than just a room...Great location, very clean....great value. I would suggest safety bars in the shower.

Cons: Needs safety bars in the shower.
