Excellent.

Pros: Breakfast is not included but location is good to get around to find restourant to eat. The owner is very friendly and approachable.

Cons: I don't think of anything else to improve the place. The area is full of peacock which is a beautiful site. Peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood is pretty decent.excellent.

Pros: nicely furnished room with everything you need at a good price

Cons: for this money there is nothing to complain about

Pros: What a beautiful spot! Gorgeous room. Very peaceful, quiet street. Much better than staying on a hotel. Close to the beach. Loved the peacocks on the street!!! Wonderful hostess.

Cons: Can't think of one thing that could be better!

We had a very relaxing stay and Christine was very helpful when booking.

Pros: It was extremely clean and we were well catered for and had a lovely collection snacks to welcome us on arrival.

Cons: The property( Outside) wasn’t as clean as we would of liked it to be. A little disappointed, as the pictures of the blue door area wasn’t like it was on booking. Com. It didn’t look so smart!

Pros: When we arrived there were a lot of bugs however the owner came in to clear this out and informed us it can happen that time of year. She was very lovely about it. It definitely is a must to have a car in there areas, even though it seems quite central everything is very spread out in the city. The bathroom was very clean.

Cons: It didn't feel like the best area to stay, one night the dog was barking and keeping us awake. Another night (Saturday night) some people across the road had a party and kept us awake which wasn't any fault of the owner. It was a little cramped for two people. Would be okay for a night stay. It wasn't perhaps as private as we would like, we could hear if people were home or not.

Pros: Enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was not near any stores for milk, etc. Clean and in a safe neighborhood. Quite and we enjoyed the peacock that was in the front yard. Also saw a large iguana run thru the yard. If staying for an extended stay, with a car, you should consider this rental.

Cons: No shopping within a convenient walk. Although, $20.00 Uber to the beach was not too expensive. Note, don't use the taxis in Fort Lauderdale. They charged us 40.00 to cruise ship, Uber charge was 17.00.

Ideal

Pros: Good communication - our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport and the owner gifted us a suitcase and Details of local shops to buy essentials and how to get to them. Even offered toiletries

Great for a short stay, nice comfy bed. Good base for exploring the local area.

It was a good stay, had everything I needed.

Pros: It was a nice stay, had everything I needed. Host was very nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable. AC unit is very nice as well as the celling fan. You can adjust speed/light dimming. Pet friendly is the reason why I booked, not a big area but I was able to walk my dog around.

Cons: There was a strong odor in the room, similar to a cigarette odor. I’m not sure exactly but it was definitely noticeable. We did hear the dogs and door open/close noises throughout our stay but that is to be expected since it is right next door. Also there were no bags in the trash but we had our own.

A good deal for the location and price. Aldi is about 3 mins by car, you can buy the shower gel/shampoo/conditio

Pros: Location is great, bed is comfortable, the host prepared snacks and cereals for us.

Cons: The bathroom is quite small and the hot water is hard to control. It's either very hot or not hot at all. Not enough shampoo and conditioner for the two of us (small bottles with 1 oz each?).
