Pros: Large room, huge bed with firm and soft pillows very comfortable. Plenty of space to store luggage, large desk, couch and coffee machine. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower and clean beds throughout. Complementary breakfast was a plus with various hot and cold choices, great coffee. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Pros: Wonderful staff. Great location as close to cruise terminal Disliked disposable plates and cutlery at breakfast - huge waste and ends up in garbage

Worth a stay before/after a cruise

Pros: Convenient location to the cruise port, and breakfast included.

Cons: The pancake machine wasn't operational, so our breakfast was not as filling as we wanted, but we were headed to a cruise, so food was soon not an issue.

Loved the brand new renovated rooms. Cleaner than some higher end hotels. Very close to airport.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and better than expected. I like everything was ready first thing at 6:00am as had a plane to catch. Room was fully renovated and very clean. I would stay there again. I did not use the washer dryer that was somewhere on the property but definitely a bonus.

Cons: check in should have more staff. Was very busy and only one person. The pool was on the 4th floor and there were no umbrellas for shade.

Pros: The spacious room Breakfast included Large refillable/sustainable toiletries in bathroom.

Cons: No complementary shuttle to the Cruise Port;only to the airport. Single use plastics and polystyrene plates at breakfast...not pleasant to use and certainly not environmentally friendly.

Pros: We had a late arrival at FLL, stayed one night before going to MIA. The airport shuttle organized by the hotel was great and quick. Stay was very nice. Breakfast could’ve been better but we still enjoyed it.
