Great services apartments in Miami.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff. Apartment was spacious and clean. Free parking is a big plus.

Cons: Blinds could be better. But they blocked enough light to sleep.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Clean spacious and had all amenities with secure parking. Beautiful river view Close to shopping areas and dining options

Everything was great!

Pros: Great Location for shopping and dinning. Everything was close by, easy to walk or drive to. The rooms were great for a family of 4 traveling. Much better than everyone cramped in a 1 bedroom hotel. Having a kitchen and laundry machine in the room was very convenient especially traveling with young kids.

Cons: For the purpose of a quick shopping trip with young kids there was no issues.

A perfect place for a short stay in Dade

Pros: The perfect place to stay in Dade. Great location, quiet Friday night (north facing room), comfy beds. What else would you want?

Great self catering apartment in a safe, modern building with parking. I would definitely book again.

Pros: The property was clean and modern, had everything needed for a self catering stay.

Cons: We had a late arrival and it was confusing where to get a key. The lady at the office in the shared foyer told me to go to the office next door but it was closed. I contacted the number on the booking and was told to go to the concierge to collect the key. All was fine in the end as the concierge gave me the key. It was a little stressful however when we realised the office was closed and nowhere to go.

Pros: Fabulous apartment, had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds, lots of space, and well equipped. We enjoyed the gym and pool area.

Cons: The only negative (and minor at that) was the noise from the station which started early in the morning

Pros: The staff, especially Nelly was exceptional, she helped me with my daughter and went way above and beyond in doing so.

Cons: I liked all aspects of this property.

Great apartment for south Miami

Pros: Very friendly staff who took time to show us the parking location and guided us to the apartment. The apartment itself was nice and clean, had all the needed equipment etc. I would highly recommend this place is you need to be in the area, or if you use it as a base to go out to Everglades / Biscayne.

Cons: Not many restaurants nearby. Pool could do with some extra cleaning.

How to stay with parking in South Miami

Pros: Spacious flat, quite soundproofed with the neighbours although not perfect, parking included, nice pool to take the heat off, with gym and well located if you want to be in South Miami (30‘ from Miami Beach, a little less to DownTown and 15’ from the airport)

Cons: Something cheaper and with more distance between rooms. It is a terrible habit of hotels, if there are 10 rooms on a floor and 4 of them are occupied (this is a made-up example), they occupy the 4 rooms as close together as possible.
