Balcony Ocean View ! WiFi - Pool - Gym - Parking

I loved the combination of being close to the action, and the peace of the uniterrupted views

Pros: The outstanding view, the contemporary design, the little perfectly appointed kitchen, the bed was super comfortable, the pool was a real plus

Cons: One small problem with the plumbing I reported and got a very quick response

Excellent location and great host

Pros: Really excellent location, the beds were super comfortable, the unit is clean and the pictures were accurate. The host is really helpful, responsive, positively communicative and was really nice to deal with.

Cons: Unfortunately we were there during a cold snap and the unit does not have heating (unit has single glazing) - the host understood this and tried to help. There were limited toiletries when we arrived therefore would advise to bring your own.

Pros: Everyone was very helpful , I was able to leave bags. The property manager was very helpful and replied immediately . The apartment was lovely, clean and the view was great 100% would book again

Great place to stay for a week or more

Pros: Fantastic location and cosy room with kitchenette, big bed and all necessities for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is truly spectacular. There is heated jacuzzi in the pool, which was great for chilly days at the beginning of January. Parking is inexpensive and very convenient.

A truly luxurious stay!

Pros: The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

Cons: It's truly a highly recommended place for a short stay.

Pros: The location is incredible, perfect views, enough outside of the city to relax but close enough to pop in whenever you want!

Cons: The coffee machine in the lobby was broke but that's nothing to do with the room which was great!

Pros: A very nice apartment in new modern style with great views over the bay.

Cons: Only little detail is that we couldn’t find the coffee maker but that’s minor.

Pros: I really appreciate the communication with the owner — it was truly exemplary and a model to follow. The apartment location on the 20th floor is giving a mind blowing views and you can’t take that for granted. Also a great location for going out for a walk. You also have an access to pool and hottub on the 8th floor with a spectacular views. We really enjoyed our stay there and so you will.

Cons: There was a ton of different construction works going on all over the place while we were there, but obviously not something to be controlled by the apartment owner.

Fantastic apartment, would highly recommend

Pros: Amazing view which made me gasp on first sight. Beds super comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and apartment spotlessly clean.

Cons: Outside noise, but then it is located in a busy city! And it is perfectly quiet when balcony door closed.

Pros: Clean and comfortable with an amazing view. Location spot on. Love the area and so pleased we decided to stay in Coconut Grove.

Cons: Nothing. All good.
