Comfortable and modern

Pros: Very modern and clean, has everything you need, incl. washing/dish machines, nutribullet and nespresso coffee machine. Great location very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice gym and pool area with warm water.

Cons: Unfortunately there is not a single piece of furniture on the balcony. The carpet in the living room needs deep cleaning. The customer service needs to be more friendly.

It was cozy and beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful and fresh apartment. Nice staff, amazing location and big pool. Excellent rooms, furniture with small surprises as detergents, glasses, pans, etc. we really like this place and would recommend to everyone.

Cons: Great new property.

We had an amazing family weekend in Miami, enjoying the stunning ocean and unforgettable vibes.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Miami. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk to the ocean. The hotel also has its own dedicated beach area where you can use complimentary towels and loungers, which was a big plus for us. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained, with a great reception team. Our room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with new furniture and an amazing view from the terraces over Miami Beach. Our family truly enjoyed the stay — we were very happy to choose this hotel. Another huge advantage is the large parking area right in front of the hotel, which is extremely convenient if you have a car.

Cons: No

Pros: The kitchen, albeit small, had everything one could possibly need. Common areas are large and beautiful, the pool / terrace area is filled with greens. The pool is heated, but lots of shade and wind, so there were fights for sunny spots near the pool in December.

Cons: No windows in the bedroom, the room we got was almost in the parking lot. The dining table is tiny and had only 2 chairs (we were 4). There is a grill area but you're not allowed to use it.

Good and relaxing

Pros: Lovely apartment block in a good location close to the beach, very clean and nice pool

Cons: The bar by the pool wasn’t open and also the additional parking fee doesn’t seem necessary due to the high cost already of the stay

Amazing stay! They deserve only max reviews!

Pros: Very comfortable new building. Amazing view from 11th floor. You have everything what you need: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine plus dryer. Chairs at the terrace. Amazing pool with rest area. Beach is only 5 min away. Really we had a brilliant stay.

Modern place to stay on North Miami Beach

Pros: Had a 1br apartment with a great view from the balcony. It was perfectly clean, lots of towels available - also for the pool which is great. Kitchen was quite well equipped, however, a manual on how to use the multi-functional oven would have helped. Washer & dryer were available. Great amenities available (working space, pool, gym) & beach access with complimentary chairs. Friendly and helpful staff on-site. Trolley and bus stations just around the corner. Next larger supermarket is a 15 min walk away.

Cons: No response to mails or telephone calls. The bedroom has no window (which was not directly noted in the ad) and was stifling. Thus, you need the air-condition which is massively loud. Parking would have been 40$ per day which is, for the room price given, disappointing.

Brand new modern apartment with all the facilities you could need

Pros: I had a great stay. Apartment is really clean and new. Great products in bathroom and good set up with the TVs. Washing machine and drier and tablets for laundry were appreciated. Likewise dishwasher tablets. The communal pool and gym were ace and all brand new. And a quick walk down to the beach!

Cons: I had one bad experience during my stay which was when the smoke alarm starting beeping loudly in the middle of the night on my first night. Luckily I could disconnect it myself. But I’ve read about other guests having issues with the alarm so it might be worth asking the property before you arrive what to do if it happens whilst you are there. As their office is closed during the middle of the night! The only other thing to mention is that check in is strictly at 4pm. The reception don’t even have your details if you arrive earlier. So if you do want an early check in be sure to let them know.

Loved my stay

Pros: Perfect stay — comfortable, quiet, spotless, of the room, gym, pool and the service was outstanding!

Cons: Maybe I just need to figure out how the lights work—they keep turning on in the middle of the night in my room.
