Pros: The location of these apartments is amazing—right on the oceanfront. Everything you need is right at your fingertips: there’s a small convenience store in the lobby, and larger supermarkets and pharmacies are within easy walking distance. The staff is incredibly friendly! I’d like to give a special shoutout to the security guard (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) who recommended a fantastic local restaurant called Sazon. Also, a huge thank you to Francisco at the front desk for letting us store our luggage. Lastly, thanks to our host, Isabella. Her room is so cozy, and we especially appreciated the beach umbrella provided in the room! 🤩

Cons: The room is definitely in need of a cosmetic refresh. You can tell it’s seen better days—the doors and plumbing fixtures are quite old, and there was some visible rust. Another minor thing: the outlets are located far from the bed 😅. On the bright side, it helped us stay off our phones and actually relax! If I could suggest some improvements, I would rearrange the bed so it faces the ocean to take full advantage of that view. Adding a small area rug would also make the space feel much cozier.

Pros: Hotel conveniently located with valet parking, lovely valet staff. Room is a suite with fully equipped kitchenette, can make smaller meals and drinks. Location is around 20-25 minutes from the airport. Beds were comfortable. Had a nice ocean view from our room, the beach is right behind the hotel so very convenient. There’s also an iron in the room and some storage space for clothes. We only stayed for 2 nights and cannot complain. The management team is very accommodating and assisted with our queries online. Thank you

Cons: Room for improvement: bathtub plug had no suction but the shower still works so not a big problem. I would have loved to use the bath tub though.

Great AFFORDABLE BEACHFRONT HOTEL

Pros: The proximity with the beach its right behind the backyard (next to the pool) gate. The room has a small kitchen. Therefore, you'll able to buy food and cook yourself.

Cons: The valet service is kindly expensive 35$/day. BUT There is an alternative. 2 buildings away, right after the hotel, you will find the beach parking space. You'll be able to pay per hours (around 1.15$/hr). Also between 11pm-8am it's Free.

Pros: In front of the beach, close to shops and restaurants, manager asks you at the end if you were happy, very large room and large fridge

Pros: Everything was very good. The best view of the ocean. Clean. Comfortable.

Cons: The neighbors don't know how to close the door quietly. But this doesn't apply to the room

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The view was absolutely incredible and definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The room was very clean, well organized, and comfortable, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others visiting Miami. Francisco did everything to make our stay perfect. We asked for an early check-in, and he kindly accommodated our request. He was also very polite, professional, and welcoming.
