A remarkable week in my life!

Pros: Was really perfect. The apartment has everything that you need to live, stay and cook. Great view of the sunrise! The building has a great structure with gym, pool and a great staff. You got a great supermarket by two minutes of the place and a street full of options by one minute of walking. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but still have options to have fun until midnight.

Cons: Nothing bad to say.

Fantastic apartment in a good location

Pros: Location is excellent and a very safe area, apartment was lovely clean and wonderful view.

Cons: Could do with a broom or dust pan and brush as I know they clean after you leave but we were there a week so got a few crumbs from toast on the floor in the kitchen, also air con in bedroom we couldn't get to work but having it on in the living room and keeping doors open was just enough

Tolles Apartment in toller Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist toll. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sauber.

Confortável, bem localizada e bem equipada.

Pros: Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo com um Publix literalmente ao lado, uma rua com restaurantes, cafés e outros comércios também ao lado. Fácil comunicação com proprietário. Apartamento confortável, bem equipado, inclusive com máquina de lavar e secar roupas, enfim, uma ótima estrutura.

Pros: C' est un tres belle appartement propre avec une superbe vue. J'ai ’apprécie d' etre a proximité de tout. Appartement spacieux et surtout un grand parking pour ce garer.

Cons: Un petit bémol pour le lit qui étais trop mou. Mes peu etre que d'autre vous l' apprécier ainsi.

Es war perfekt und wir würden wiederkommen

Pros: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Aussicht auf die Skyline von Miami. Auch für Leute geeignet die kein Auto haben, da vor dem Komplex direkt eine Busverbindung nach Miami Beach vorhanden ist. Der Check-in erfolgte reibungslos und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, falls man Probleme mit der Unterkunft hat sind die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle

Cons: Durch die Luftschächte hört man manchmal andere Menschen aus anderen Wohnungen reden

Buena alternativa para estancias largas

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo para dos personas y tiene todo lo necesario. La cama es un poco pequeña y muy suave.

Cons: Teníamos que lavar las toallas nosotros mismo porque no hay servicio de limpieza. Alquilamos el apartamento por 13 días

Excelente

Pros: Ubicación, la vista , todo en orden , limpio, y con todos los implementos necesarios para una estadía .

Pros: Fantastic place to stay, well decorated apartment. Gorgeous view, very well located. Within walking distant restaurants and supermarket.

Cons: My only complaint is the mattress that was too soft for me.

We enjoyed are time here and would definitely stay again.

Pros: This property was perfectly located for what we needed and felt very safe. View from the balcony was beautiful! The property was modern and tastefully decorated. It was also equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: The pool was closed for reconstruction so we had to use the property next door. I was however aware of this before booking, and it was beautiful with lots of comfy seating.
