Villa at St James Unit A Luxury Pool Villa

Pros: The property is not Luxurious but is comfortable, could do with a bit more DYI and the Pool needs more attention, overall is ok for a family of 4, I would say a car is necessary to move around but Uber and other transportation means are available, the host was very responsive when we had a little issue with the AC, Vila has facility to sort out own cooked meals and a supermarket is 3 min walk away

Cons: The pool needs more attention, and the Vila could do with a bit of work around, the location is not on the beach and you will need transportation means to go around.

Wonderful stay in tidy and clean Villa

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-organized, and having two bathrooms felt quite luxurious. All basic amenities were provided, and we especially appreciated the upstairs bedroom with both a bathtub and shower, plus plenty of storage space for clothes. The living room was large and comfortable, and the inner yard with a grill and pool was a lovely place to relax. Check-in was a breeze with the key code, and the host was extremely responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, everything went perfectly, and we highly recommend this villa for short or longer stays.

Cons: Everything was perfect. The only minor downside was the traffic noise, but it was still at a reasonable level compared to many other spots in the Miami area. In fact, this villa was much quieter than the room we had in the central area of Miami.

Cons: Température de l’eau dans la baignoire un peu tiède et difficile à régler. •\tOrientation du jet de la douche non réglable, ce qui peut provoquer une inondation si l’on n’est pas attentif. •\tCanapé-lit du rez-de-chaussée peu confortable. •\tCode wifi difficilement lisible sur le panneau. •\tPiscine non chauffée. •\tExtérieur agréable mais impossible d’en profiter à cause de la météo.

Pros: L espace à vivre, très bon niveau de finition. Équipement au top piscine et patio agréable. Super quartier pour se balader avec commodités proches

Cons: Bruyant car avenue à côté. Juste gênant le matin avec le trafic prévoir boules quies pour dormir c est mieux mais pas handicapant non plus

Pros: Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern ausgestattet und wir haben uns darin sehr Wohl gefühlt! Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschiene mit Kaffee war vorhanden, Tee und Zucker. Man musste nicht erst einmal in den Supermarkt um grundlegende Dinge zu besorgen. Selbst Toilettenpapier war reichlich da :) Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem elektronischen Schloss, was von Michelle schnell geregelt wurde. Sie war immer erreichbar für uns. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön. Die Parkplätze vor der Tür kostenlos. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Man ist schnell in jede Richtung gekommen.

Cons: Nachteil ist das die Hauptstraße neben dem Apartment verläuft. Wenn man die Ruhe gewöhnt ist und vom Land kommt empfindet man es als sehr laut. Nachts haben wir mit Ohropax geschlafen. Damit war es kein Problem.
