Pros: I had a clean room with a private bathroom. The room was cleaned every morning. A great place for a reasonable price.

Pros: Value for money, we just stayed for 1 night after the landing in Miami and before the trvelling to Orlando. Not enough time to use the pool or other properties from the hotel.

Great Hotel at a Great Price

Pros: Very clean and spacious hotel. We had a very, very late night arrival. Staff was easily accessible and there were some people around so I felt very safe at the wee hours of my arrival. The suite was much bigger than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and modern.

Cons: The air condition unit in the living room area made a horrible sound in the morning. It sounded like someone was using a concrete drill outside our window. It woke us up. I'm sure it was an easy fix. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Great value for unpretentious, simple facilities.

Pros: Large comfy bed. Coffee making, toaster, microwave and fridge provided. Pool and outside tables, chairs and sunbeds provided. Restaurants, buses and leisure activities nearby.

Cons: Lack of power outlets adjacent to kitchen equipment meant kitchen appliances had to be used on the floor.

Pros: Loved the stay, super spacious, great korchen facilities

This was our second time staying prior to a cruise out of Miami and both times were great.

Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. It was an efficiency with a nice kittle kitchen, including microwave and coffee maker. There was a dressing alcove with closet off the bathroom which was a nice size. Thankful for the iron and ironing board.

Cons: Paper towels, a sponge and dish soap would be a nice addition.

Exceeding expectations by far

Pros: Great central location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The largest and nicest room I’ve stayed in for under $300/night. Beautiful kitchen with granite and real stone backsplash.

Cons: The outside of the hotel needs updating and refreshing. It doesn’t look like a nice place to stay from the outside.

Excellent budget choice that doesn't disappoint.

Pros: 5 stars. Updated rooms were better than most national chains. Great value. Didn't get time to get in the pool, but it looked great as well. Across the street was an excellent Cuban diner, we went for lunch and back again for dinner.

Pros: The convience to all areas the rooms were comfortable

Cons: Close to roadway

Good.

Pros: Location, miscellaneous, comfort and excellent experience.

Cons: The next door is noisy.
