Green Island Inn

Pros: We had a beautiful, newly renovated studio with a kitchenette. Loved our garden view to the front of the property through the floor-deep windows. Out the back door of the studio was the pool area with lounge chairs, shaded seating areas and a bbq corner. The beach is only a short walk away - lovely and quiet as it is mostly frequented by people from the neighborhood. The supermarket is also only a couple minutes on foot. We loved everything about our stay and are already looking forward to coming back some time!

Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

Pros: The apartment had recently been renovated to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was extremely clean. On the whole, the apartment, itself, was well-equipped with everything you needed for a great stay.

Cons: In the morning, the pool was a refreshing benefit to the property and was a very relaxing spot to lounge by throughout the day. Because of the wind, however, there was quite a lot of debris in the pool by the afternoon. It would have been helpful if the pool was more regularly monitored and cleaned out a few times throughout the day.

Very good place for holidays.

Pros: Loved it, completely renovated, kitchen equipment is brand new as well. People managing the place are lovely as well.

🌸Orchid beach paradise 🌺

Pros: All good, and I will look to stay here again when in FTL if prices are reasonable. The staff were kind and professional. Most of the guests were considerate about keeping noise level low when out by the pool. Guests were kind and discreet. Well equipped kitchen, including a large tea kettle and not just a coffee machine; much appreciated by us tea drinkers! There are two lovely and large courtyards; the pool courtyard with natural thatched tiki huts and the garden courtyard with a banyan tree and different color orchids. Location to the beach is one block; to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park an easy bike or car ride 10 minutes. Residential, affluent, quiet streets.

Cons: Counter and table surfaces could be better sanitized. Bathroom shower could be cleaner. On the other hand, dish wear and kitchen appliances were spotless. ✨✨

A little gem

Pros: Easy to check in. Beautiful landscaping. The pool was nice. Air conditioning!!

Cons: A little far from the main area of FL but easy uber ride... We even walked the 8km the one evening

Pros: A very special stay with Agnes and her staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so welcomed !

Cons: The hotel is far from the amenities and a car is needed to access supermarkets and retail outlets.

Cons: Noise from other residents when walking on the gravel in the garden very late at night. Very soft bed Shower needs renewing

Pros: Great staff and really quiet. Good location for the water taxi and beach

Cons: Would have liked basic provisions in the room eg coffee just to get us started

Perfect location

Pros: A very nice apartment in the perfect location. Just a short ealk away from the beach, many restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and had all the facilities you need. Definitely would come back again.

Cons: Older kitchenette so some of the burners didn’t work but honestly not a big deal.

Pros: Super close to the beach. About 5 minute walk. Pool was clean. Easy check in/out. Room was very clean.

Cons: Other guests smoking around pool area.
