Overall, a great stay!

Pros: Location of the hotel, temperature of the room, shower amenities (love eucalyptus), room size and layout.

Cons: I would have appreciated the provision of earplugs given the proximity to the major high traffic roadway on the side of the hotel my room was located.

We we there for doctors appointment at Cleveland it was close and very happy with cleanliness !

Pros: The clean good smells in room , beds comfortable !

Cons: No breakfast included, the phone didn’t get answered at front desk ! Had to go down personal! To get more toilet paper and plunger, in lobby was Starbucks but no one to assist finally asked front desk to assist ! Should be a note to ask

Pros: The rooms are very comfy and spacious, the view was really nice and the gym its very much appreciated! But the best part is their team! Raul, Stefani, Nestor and the rest of the team made us feel better than at home! Talented group of people + great infraestrcuture = Home Run!

Cons: The toilets are a pain to flush
