Excellent service in a great hotel.

Pros: The staff were fabulous!! They were extremely helpful and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were good. The dinners were very good. Special tanks to Jennifer and Fatima, but a very very special thanks to Brent !

Pros: Kesha at the front desk was amazing, her customer service skills are stellar. I arrived early and she did her best to get my children and I into our room as soon as it was available after a long cruise.

Cons: Well I spoke to someone about my early arrival and they lied and said since I am a Hilton Honors member I could check in whenever I arrived …. But it wasn’t so bad the lobby was very comfortable and Kesha showed us where we could sit and watch television while we waited there was cold water and snacks available right in the lobby.

Great stay!

Pros: Quiet and great location, friendly & attentive staff, the comfortable beds and general layout of the rooms. I loved ALL of the amenities in the room. And although I was unaware of a parking fee prior to my stay, it was very affordable at $5.00 per night.

Cons: The 3 day room cleaning policy. While I travelled solo and had two beds, I would have loved to have fresh linen daily. The hot water after 3p.m is non-existent on the 4th floor. Best showers are best had in the morning before 11:00 a.m.

Cons: Charging for parking is ridiculous Charging $15 for breakfast is ridiculous Room was in need of updating/refresh

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The tub showed serious signs of age - peeling paint/rust. It also didn't actually plug so couldn't be used as an actual tub. Breakfast was decent but maybe not worth the extra charge.
