Pros: The front desk was helpful and welcoming all the time, it felt like home, the best reception team I have ever seen, and clean towels were available 24/7 Restaurant close to the building The beach was not far

Pros: Lovely, clean hotel , modern rooms and big enough. I read many bad reviews and was a bit hesitant in the beginning, but all went well! The staff very helpful and very friendly! Ok, the pool is tiny , but nowhere is written that the hotel has a massive pool !!!! We paid a very low rate and that was fantastic!!!! Definitely going back again with the first chance ! Thank you guys !!!

Great hotel without the hefty price tag.

Pros: I had a great stay. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was lovely. Had everything I needed to cook & chill & the free tram bus stop to South Beach was just across the road. And the beach, 2 blocks away. Staff were helpful & friendly too.

Stylish, comfortable and convenient

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front of house staff (Italian gentleman). Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable bed! Restaurant / bar, good food and good service.

Cons: No lift and nowhere to lock up my bicycle. Directions with the hotel - how to get to bar / pool etc lacking.
