Basic budget hotel with fantastic staff and clean and had all needed

Pros: We checked into this hotel after only staying 3 hours at another one.The fair wind is cheap clean and has good facilities it has rooftop pool with great views and the rooms are immaculate.The cleaner changed our towels everyday and cleaned the room everyday. The room was very good large bed fridge coffee maker and tv.We will defo stay here again

Pros: Nice, clean, and spacious with good in-room amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location for a short stay

Pros: The location of this hotel is fantastic, one block in land from ocean drive and the beach. Central art deco district location, loads of nearby restaurants and bars.

Cons: Parking $40 valet. The communal areas of the hotel eg our corridor carpet was a bit grim, pool was ok but didn’t look the cleanest (full of sand).

Just what we needed. Great location, staff and comfort.

Pros: Had a poor experience the previous night and they upgraded our room, let us check in early and gave us a bottle of wine. The lady on reception was lovely!! Room great. Spacious, clean. Close to pool … ideal

Cons: Tea/coffee not complimentary in room

Pros: It is close to the beach and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was low.

Gods stay in South Beach, but no complimentary coffee in the room

Pros: Great location, easy check in and lovely room. Staff is helpful and cordial.

Cons: Charging $2 for a coffee pod in the room is out of this world. Complimentary coffee is something that should be offered and it’s a shame that it is not.

Pros: Great Stay – We Don’t Understand the Negative Reviews! We had a really great time at this hotel. Of course, if you're looking for complete peace and quiet, this might not be the place for you – it's right on Ocean Drive, in the heart of the action. But that's exactly what makes it such a fun and lively location for a Miami vacation! Our room was clean and, despite the location, actually quiet. Yes, there’s music playing during the day until the evening, but that’s to be expected in this area. You’re on holiday – not going to bed at 10 PM! The pool was open, clean, and had a nice view of the city . The beach is just two blocks away – super convenient! The staff were also friendly and helpful. One tip: if you want to avoid extra charges, just don’t use the minibar and remember to return the beach towels at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. But just around the corner, there’s the 13th Street Garage – it’s a covered parking garage, costs $20 per day, and is monitored, so we felt safe leaving our car there.

Pros: The downside was the room 107 was overlooking a disco bar.

Pros: Good location only one block from Ocean Drive. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Good size pool.

Cons: Quite noisy as our room was above the patio of the next door bar (3rd floor) and loud music was played until early hours of the morning. Water and coffee in the room was chargeable (and expensive). Very little storage space in room for cases, clothes, etc.
