Great location, new/clean lines unit.
Pros: Great location. Facility was in excellent condition - seemed very newly renovated. Room was nice and neat and clean. Unit 20 is a 1 bedroom setup with a living room and bedroom - plenty of space. Did not try the laundry in building but that is a nice perk. I noticed another review complaining about garbage outside the window and a kindergarten outside the window. I noticed nothing of the sort (and this unit is on the second floor). There is a very nice elementary school diagonally across the street but I heard zero sound from it. AC worked nicely. I will look forward to staying here again.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better was that the floor (which seemed like one of these synthetic woods, with grooves in it) had some dirt/mud smudges on it that made it look a bit dirty when I arrived. I was able to wipe one of them off, suggesting these could have been cleaned. The apartment overall was very clean, but I suggest the cleaning person should go around between stays and spot clean those spots on the floors. Again, the apartment was nice and clean otherwise and I would definitely stay again.

Cons: W apartamencie należałoby poprawić czystość. Włosy w pościeli, w łazience, ręczniki niezbyt czyste. Rzeczy te psują całokształt wizerunku apartamentu.

Amazing place and good value for money.
Pros: Amazing stay! Good location, clean and comfortable room, 5 minutes from the beach. Everything you need is in walking distance. Free Netflix, Disney plus and other services. Good internet. The room also had beach towels ready. Good value for money.
Cons: On 4th of July the laundry was out of detergents so we couldn't wash our clothes, I guess because of short working hours.

Absolute Empfehlung für eine Reise nach Miami Beach.
Pros: Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch.
Cons: Das Bett ist ziemlich hart gewesen und die Kopfkissen waren leider auch nicht so angenehm zum schlafen.

Pros: Super appartement, propre fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, vous avez même une buanderie collective avec machine à laver/lessive et sèche linge à disposition, ce qui est très pratique, l’emplacement est idéal à deux pas de la plage et d’océan drive. Quartier très calme mais proche de tout. Nous avons beaucoup apprécier séjourner ici tout était parfait.

Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna – zaledwie 5 minut spacerem do plaży i kilka kroków od Ocean Drive. W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji,, co sprawia, że wieczorne wyjścia są czystą przyjemnością. Sam apartament jest nowoczesny, przestronny i gustownie urządzony. Wyposażenie obejmuje w pełni wyposażoną kuchnię, klimatyzację, zmywarkę oraz telewizor z funkcją smart. Wszystko jest nowe i czyste, co zapewnia komfortowy pobyt. Dodatkowo, apartament jest cichy, co pozwala na relaks po dniu pełnym atrakcji. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i stylowego zakwaterowania w Miami Beach.

Incrível!!!
Pros: A localização era perfeita, mesmo ao lado de ocean drive e da praia! Zona segura, tranquila e com parques de estacionamento ao redor (pagos). O complexo era super limpo e moderno, assim como o apartamento. Era confortável e bonito, com todos os utensílios necessários de higiene e de cozinha. O anfitrião é rápido a responder e a ajudar em tudo o que for preciso! Quando voltar a Miami, definitivamente, ficarei no mesmo sítio hospedada.
