Signature Inn Miami

Very good value for the price.

Pros: I liked the room, the bathtoom and the bed. Also the staff was pretty busy but doing their best. Coffee 24/7. The hotel location is good, and pretty good value for money. Also the wifi works once you configure it.

Cons: May be not pool or not so many services, but that is expected by the low price. Also a lot of guests trying to register may occassionally create a queue or delay. But that is not the hotel's fault.

Spacious room, calm place, good wifi

Pros: Spacious place, clean and very good for one or maybe to nights stand, comfortable bed. It is sort of close to the airport. The wifi was good all time.

Cons: Very small fridge. Also there was a situation because we had some noise from the outside during night, I know this is not up to the hotel, surely we had bad luck and had this fourth neighbors, but as well as you request a damage deposit of USD 100 even when you are just for 1 night (this USD 100 is more expensive that damage deposit than our stay), maybe you could request a deposit of whatever if you get call from the hotel because you have been doing very noise during night, just an idea.

Pros: Location and friendly staff. Fast food restaurants close by.

Cons: Would have liked if there was a microwave in the room rather than a communal one. Also, the lighting in the room needs improving. It is very poor.

Staying With Signature Inn Miami

Pros: I appreciate that the staff works hard to accomodate their guests. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom toiletries are really nice and of good quality. I note that renovations are wrapping up nicely and the whole building is starting to reflect that Signature Inn quality.

Cons: My only issue is the lack of communication between Booking.com and the facility itself. On two separate occasions the booking i made through this platform did not directly correspond in their system and while it did not affect my second stay too badly (other than a delay in check-in) i was not able to get the room/bed i had initially reserved in the first instance.

Great hotel for a short stay.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities.

Cons: The flushing kept running.. we had to manually fix it.

Value for money..you get what you pay for.

Pros: The room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very basic, the facilities far less than I was expecting. No fridge, hairdryer, or iron. Only toiletries was soap. I booked to be close to the airport, but didn't realise how far I would be from the tours, and traffic was always very heavy and noisy. Plenty of food options close by.

Cons: It was noisy during the day and night. Not just traffic, but inside the hotel. As a light sleeper, I was constantly being woken up.

Pros: Great place ideal location and the staff where great ordered me a cab and made us feel so welcome.
