Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove

Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, friendly staff, perfect room and balcony and loved the pool.

Pros: I really loved this hotel. Stayed here with my mother for 2 nights in November. Room was great with a lovely view over the bay from the balcony. Bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a picturesque setting on the roof terrace, and the roof-top pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature to swim in. We also had snacks at the bar on the ground floor which were delicious (so much so we had them every day). The staff were also all very friendly. I'll definitely come back. We also loved the beautiful interior design shop which is attached to the hotel.

Cons: The hotel is perfect and sorted out the only issue with our visit, which was with the fire alarm going off in our room only at 3am in the morning as the battery was low and the engineer had to come in. They gave us a complimentary breakfast to apologise for the disruption to our sleep.

A luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel

Pros: Breakfast excellent. Staff attentive, kind. Pool and rooftop gorgeous. Brilliant staff in attendance. Great location.

Cons: The evening meal at Bellinis was expensive and underwhelming. I have had much better Italian food elsewhere.

Amazing hotel

Pros: The location of the Hotel is perfect, interior is amazing, staff is polite and professional. Room was really nice, had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Each room has a balcony which is also nice to have coffee early in the morning. Breakfast at the rooftop is amazing, everyone at the hotel make you feel like you're at home. Pool is big enough and it is great to go and relax and have some drinks. Also, another great thing is you can use beach facilities on the 14th street if you want to go to the beach. You get towels and chairs and umbrella so there is nothing you need to take with you.

Cons: There was a party on rooftop on Saturday and the music was really loud late in the evening, but that was only one night during our stay.

Mr C provided a safe, comfortable and calm base with friendly atmosphere, we had a perfect stay.

Pros: All the staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been nicer in any way. It is a wonderful five star hotel but has a personal friendly feel with character. Highly recommend.

True 5* hotel in Miamis most beautiful neighbourhood

Pros: Beautiful hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove. We loved the small terrace for breakfast and lunch. The room was big and nice, with a huge balcony. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the coconut grove bayside. The area around it is beautiful, small shops, good restaurants, very green and you can just stroll hours around and simply enjoy the beautiful neighbourhood. The staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. A true 5 star hotel!!

Cons: The bed mattress was way too soft and gave me back pain. But I guess I’m just not used to it, in Europe we don’t have this type of mattress. You only can enter the pool through the hotel restaurant Bellini, which I find uncomfortable, also for the guests that eat there. The Christmas menu was highly overpriced - unfortunately, we would have loved to try Bellini but the rather simple Italien menu didn’t justify the high price. But those are really first world problems ;) all in all we were really happy there!

perfect hotel for perfect vacation

Pros: MrC is an amazing Hotel, with everything one would need to feel relaxed. Rooms are amazing, everything is clean and well taken care of with downservice to check if you need something in the evening. Restaurant has amazing food and the staff is professional. Going to the pool feels like you’re on top of the world with amazing views and great bar. Staff even remembers us from previous years, so it really feels like you’re at home.
