Aloft Coral Gables never disappoints me. Perfect staff and location for what we need on short stays

Pros: On this trip we arrived at 10:00 pm with a lot of luggage. Rachel, at Front Desk, was as always very welcoming and accommodating. She allowed us to leave all our heavy checked bags in one of the offices so we would not have to take up to the room. We are in our 80s and very fit, but this was a tremendous help. All the Front Desk staff at this hotel are very special.

Pros: Spacious, well equipped room. Helpful, friendly staff.

Aloft Coral Gables Hotel is best hotel for my short stays in Miami.

Pros: I did not have breakfast. The location is perfect for my needs. The front desk staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Great to see the same ones always! I like and appreciate that they have a storage room and are happy to receive and keep parcels for me. I love the Coral Gables area. It's a quick Uber ride to Miami International Airport. It's very safe, I usually travel alone.

Cons: Nothing.

The perfect place for me for short stays and travelling alone.

Pros: A one night stay. I like the reception staff, the guest rooms and the location. The area is lovely and very safe. I live abroad and appreciate and am grateful for the fact that the hotel allows me to accept parcels just before my arrival, and also allowed me to leave an empty suitcase in storage to collect next week.

Cons: Everything is perfect for what I need during a short stay.

Very pleasant and room clean.

Pros: Welcoming but your reception desk is not impressive but staff very helpful and pleasant.

Cons: Its good enough and serves its purpose and the price is good.

Second stay, feel so comfortable there.

Pros: I love the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, without exception. From Ana, Front Desk Manager and her staff to the women who clean the rooms, all of them are so polite and eager to please. For me on these short trips, the location is perfect.

Cons: For me, nothing.

Chic city hotel, amazing staff, great options for breakfast!

Pros: The lobby was modern, warm and welcoming. The decor certainly inviting and loved the little nooks for privacy if needed (whether for breakfast or awaiting your taxi after check out). The outdoor patio area allowed for that open air ambience even simply for just taking in the hustle and the bustle of the city streets. The rooms were simple and clean and the staff very accommodating. Love the young hip Gen Z/millennial staff who certainly complimented the Aloft's chic style.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Great hotel!

Pros: The lady at the front desk, Melany, was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Location very convenient.

Cons: Elevator broken, drinks at the bar were insanely expensive and overpriced - to the point that I actively avoided hanging out there after the first night. There is a strange damp, musty odor in the hallways upstairs, and so much pink in the carpet and walls it was a little discomforting.

Pros: Staff very helpful, great location within walking distance of miracle mile
