A place to relax and getaway

Pros: The friendly staff. Shirley in particular was very helpful and courteous.

Cons: The breakfast menu was limited.

Pros: The location was great for airport access. The staff are very helpful.

Pros: This hotel is at a great location and the rooms were clean spacious.

Cons: The carpet in the hallway had somewhat bad smell.

Pros: Very good room, very fair breakfast, meets expectations very well

Very enjoyable and pleasant

Pros: Excellent location, room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the room and the common areas were clean, the gym area nicely equipped for a small size gym, i really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The breakfast was a big too monotonous, the same almost every day, the can have the eggs made in different styles everyday, probably change the potatoes to hashbrowns, change the sausages to ham and cheese or even beacon, have more variety of fruits, there is much more you can do with a few ingredients.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Kimberly went the extra mile to help always.

Cons: The elevator was very slow.

My stay in general was great, love the location

Cons: The breakfast.. a bit poor in my opinion only boiled eggs no other option not good

Pros: It was a pleasant experience. Probably the best accommodation we had during our stay in the USA. Everything was clean and well equipped for our needs. Despite it is near to the airport it was not as loud as we expected. The hotel has a laundry room which was super helpful for us. The downside is that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. We had to wait for our turn but at least we could wash our stuff. Staff was helpful. No problem during our stay.

Cons: It is not located in the best place, I mean it is not in the more fanciest part of Miami like Miami beach, but since we had a car Downtown/Bayside, Calle Ocho, Mimai beach was accessible with a short drive. There is a big Walmart close if you need something. The breakfast was not really good, few options basically waffles, potatoes, cereal, some bread, eggs and that is it.

Pros: It is very close to the airport and malls. Big room and bathroom. Free Parking.

Cons: Poor Breakfast and only one elevator.

Excellent!

Pros: Excellent in every way other than location. Close to the airport if you need otherwise, an average US$30 to downtown and over an hour congested drive 🚗.
