Nice house in Miami suburbs

Pros: Nice quiet setting with good parking. Nice house..the owner sends access details by message the day of your arrival which worked well. Comfortable bed and access to nice kitchen. Good value . Can walk to restaurants

Very pleasant stay

Pros: The accomodation is very nice, a good price for the value. The host was very helpful, with quick answers to all of our questions and also allowing late checkout so we could cook our meals and have lunch before heading to the airport.

Cons: I think the beds are a little too soft, perhaps harder mattresses would be more comfortable for the guests.

Pros: Close to the airport, the room has all the comforts and the neighborhood is super quiet.

Cons: Lots of hair in shower drain!! The host lives in the house. He sent useful and nice messages before the arrival, but when we arrived he didn't really welcome us... He just appeared in the dark, no smile, no self introduction (I had to ask whether he was the host!), just asked if we were the guests and indicated the room. Felt a bit uncomfortable but for one night it is OK. I suggest him to work on his welcoming skills, so that the experience would be great!
