Pros: Its location was nice and quiet. The room was comfortable although a little tied

Cons: The apartment felt a little unloved, the blinds were broken, the decor needed freshening up, however this didn’t spoil our experience

Pros: The apartment is very well located just one block from the beach. It is very nice and has a beautiful view of the city.

Cons: You need some kitchen implements such as cutlery, but it's not something you can't get in the supermarket.

Entspannte Tage in Miami

Pros: Tolles geräumiges und sehr sauberes Penthouse mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Das Gebäude ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und gut bewirtschaftet, Im Parterre ist sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Fitnessstudio. Außen ein schöner Swimmingpool. Es ist allerdings recht weit von Downtown Miami, Ca.1,5 Stunden mit dem Bus Nr.100. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Wohnung gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten, auszugehen. Es sei denn, man ist zufrieden mit Burger King oder McDonalds. Es ist halt eine reine Wohngegend.

Cons: Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas großzügiger ausfallen können. Keine Töpfe, nur eine große Pfanne. Für Selbstverpflegung etwas dürftig.

Base para multiples reuniones en Miami

Pros: Excelente ubicación en un edificio con muy buenos servicios: cafetería, minimarket, Gym, piscina y a poca distancia caminando al mar. Una gran ventaja es el parqueadero disponible. En la cercanía existe todo lo que se necesita: restaurantes, supermercados y hasta un mall. El personal tanto del edificio como de la agencia es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar

Cons: El apartamento es cómodo, pero ya requiere algo de mantenimiento y limpieza profunda. Los ductos del aire acondicionado parecen muy sucios y los implementos de cocina son muy básicas y en mal estado.

Vale o valor.

Pros: Espaço. Piso claro. Estacionamento gratuito. Vidro duplo garantindo sossego.

Cons: Não tem luz no quarto casal. Não forneceram senha internet. Tem opção frente pro mar com valor até melhor no Marco Polo.

Pros: La ubicación es buenísima! La vista y el balcón son muy agradables.

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa, la vista del apto es divina! El apto es muy cómodo, iluminado, la cocina tiene todo lo que necesitamos y en muy buen estado. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Cons: Chairs on the Balcony were torn not usable. Having to use back of building in beachwear even when covered up.
