Fantastic view, easy communication, good location

Pros: We loved the quick, problemsolving communication with Andrea, She is very helpful and kind. The view is fantastic. The beach, grocery, pharmacy, playgroud, services are in walking distance. They give free parking what is very good.

Cons: They did not put this very important information on their page: you have to pay 75 Usd for late check in and 75 Usd registration fee upon arrival. There are some items in the apartment what has to be replaced immediately as they very used e.g.the sofa. The ventillators in the bathrooms are extremly loud. The hoover does not suck.

Cons: hubiese sido interesante que al menos en la mitad de la estadía se hiciera recambio de toallas y limpieza

Pros: Departamento muy bonito para estadía en Sunny Isles, a 10 minutos caminando a la playa. Supermercado y shopping cerca.

Cons: Sería perfecto si estuviera en la playa.

Pros: L’appartement est spacieux et très lumineux Il est très bien placé La résidence est calme AYP est très réactive et a répondu à nos questions très rapidement L’appartement est propre mais vieillot Proximite de la plage Quartier très sympa

Cons: Seul bémol: les salles de bains sont vieilles et mériteraient d’être rénovées Il Conviendrait aussi de changer de canapé
