Great stay at Miami Beach, in a more peaceful spot

Pros: Great location between the beach and the bay, in a less crowded touristic spot, a bit further away from the South Beach (which remained in easy access with the Miami Trolley Collins line or UBER). Apartment 1617 had very nice view towards the ocean and bay, as well as downtown Miami. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There are two swimming pools on site, some green area, direct exit to the beach. The contacts were easy to reach, helpful, informative, very fast and friendly - thank you Maydelin.

Pros: It was very comfortable and in a great block, right on Miami Beach. Upscale building with valet parking, convenience and coffee shop apart from restaurant.

Pros: The apartment was great. Spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bathrooms. Property service team was available to answer any questions.

Pros: Estuvimos en el 1617. Muy limpio, muy bien equipado con todo. Cuando regresemos queremos repetir en este aparamento. El personal del hotel muy atento. Nos encantó que en la misma area de playa del hotel puedes rentar Jet Ski .

Great location, great stay overall

Pros: Very close to the beach. Convenient to get in the pool or go to the beach. Easy access to attractions and tours.

Cons: Needs a little TLC. Half the lights in the unit did not work, no lights in kitchen. It’s an older building and elevators are shaky.

Excellent place to stay and super friendly staff.

Pros: We loved the property and the amenities. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was extremely clean and modern with a balcony that gave views of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intercoastal on the other. We really enjoyed the two pools and the easy access to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Tiki Bar was a lot of fun (though expensive) and the bar staff were excellent. The free trolley to South Beach was easy to access right outside the building. Highly recommend!

Cons: There weren't many restaurants close by due to the area being mostly hotels but the Alexander had its own restaurant plus outdoor eating.
