Amazing place to stay in Miami!

Pros: Amazing location near Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, with really great spaces, and everything was almost brand new. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were fantastic. The hosts were super attentive and always concerned about any needs we had. We highly recommend this place 100%, and we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Maravilloso. Todo perfecto 👌 Las instalaciones decoradas al detalle. Comodísimo. Carca de todo. Coconut Grove puede que sea el mejor barrio de Miami. David, encantador. Anfitriones amabilísimos. Aparcamiento en la puerta. Ha sido estar como en casa 🏠

Cons: No se pueden sacar defectos a la perfección.

Pros: L'emplacement, le calme, les équipements ,tout en fait .

Cons: Changer les stores des chambres serait bien , ceux en places ne sont pas assez opaque la lumière extérieure et trop pénétrante surtout au levé du jour. Le système du code d'ouverture de la porte est pas très évident.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay

Pros: Almost everything. Easy access to I-95, US1, Coral Gables, the Grove, Miracle Mile, Kendall. Lots of shopping and food options close by. Very accommodating hosts; fast response to questions. I would highly recommend.

Cons: The parking should be explained better. It was a little confusing because of the way the other guests parked.

Ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Kleines Haus in Nähe der Stadtteile Coconut Grove und Little Havana. Ruhige Lage. Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für eine Nacht oder auch etwas länger benötigt: Gemütlicher Wohnraum, zwei Schlafräume mit Bad, moderne Küche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Microwelle, Geschirr. Sogar etwas Kaffee, Tee, Küchenpapier etc. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons: Die Mitteilung zum Zugangs-Code für das Haus ging sehr spät ein. - Im Schlafzimmer links wäre eine Beleuchtung am Bett schön.

Excellent Villa 2 BR 1 BA near Coconut Grove

Pros: This was a great stay with David & Josh near Coconut Grove. We were in town for sailing practice out of the US Sailing Center. It was only about 8 minutes away. Very nice property on a dead-end street. Parking was easy - right in front of the unit. We felt very safe there. The unit has been renovated and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking pans & utensils. The washer/dryer in unit is really helpful. I would love to stay here again when we are in town.
