Amazing & cozy Duplex near Zoo Miami !

Spacious, functional house/duplex

Pros: The house/duplex is spacious and has a good, functional kitchen with a big refrigerator. We cooked our own dinner every night without any issues. Breakfasts were also easy. The neighborhood was clean and tidy. It was quiet for the most part with a little noise in the day from the road. There was a nice, little “deck” area that one could sit in and enjoy the sunshine. The washer and dryer, although they were outside, worked well. The house had many amenities, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.

Cons: There wasn’t any window in the main bedroom.

It is good value- quality stay!

Pros: Super easy to find the house. Owner is very responsive; all information are provided with clear instruction for checking- in, no issue at all. the house is very spacious eve for 7 of us.

Cons: Only the beds are too soft for us (not use to it :D) ; otherwise all are very good.

Pros: Overall was a pleasant stay, Owner was very responsive and effective in communication. the wi-fi were very good. with individual smart tv for each rooms + big one at the hall my kids love the foosball table

Pros: Very nice accommodation for families, with good spot for child up to 7 to play , really comfy. Owner really sweet

Very good house and location.

Pros: The neighborhood was calm and safe. The house had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary things. There was also a dishwasher, and basic spices like salt and pepper were provided. One bedroom had a private bathroom, and the second bathroom was located in the main hall, which made getting ready in the morning easier. Parking a large car in front of the building was not a problem at all. Communication with the owner on WhatsApp was very good. If we had any questions, we received a reply within a few minutes.

Excellent place to stay in Miami

Pros: Excellent pleace to stay when visiting Miami. The host was extremely kind and he gave us all the instructions to be able to access the house without any problem. The house itself was gorgeous: clean, spacious and with nice furniture. We had everything we needed.

We felt like we were at home, all the time we were comfortable.

Pros: The house was really nice, everything was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and familiar. All of the equipment was useful and we enjoyed a lot our stay.

Cons: Nothing, everything was very nice.

Great stay at Amazing & Cozy Duplex!

Pros: Our stay at Amazing & Cozy Duplex was great. We were here celebrating my sisters wedding and it was close to the venue at Prestige Estates. The property was close to everything we needed, clean, quiet and spacious. The property owners were attentive making sure our stay was great. Thank you again and I recommend this stay.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The property was in a very convenient location, and the three rooms were perfectly sized for my family. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were all a comfortable size, making the space feel just right for our stay.
