Pros: Дизайн, тераса, студия для йоги. Очень отзывчивые хозяева. На мою просьбу нашли для нас пляжный Зонт и пляжные полотенца.

Cons: Не удобные подушки, в душевой очень плохо сходить вода в умывальнике. В целом красивый дизайн но не очень функциональный.

Exceptional

Pros: Beautiful inside and out. House was clean and the host was friendly. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful place and location

Pros: I loved the size of this bungalow. It was not just a two-bedroom place but it had a huge full kitchen and living room and even a bonus room in the front when you enter. The outdoor space was perfect and private in the back of the unit, even though it was a shared space with the loft next door. It was centrally located to the Wynwood area but we still had to uber most places to get around, as walking would have been a little far. The gated parking space out front was an added bonus so that we dis not have to let our vehicle parked on the street.

Cons: The only thing I would recommend to the host would be to add a few mirrors to the unit. The only two were above the bathroom sink and one out by the door where you enter. It made it a little difficult for three of us girls to get ready at the same time, especially while someone was using the shower. Also, the cleaning lady was still there whenever we tried using the code to check into the home, and we did not receive updated instructions until after our check in time when I talked to the host and he sent me the updated information. So that was a little confusing as we stood there with all our luggage waiting to get in.

Pros: Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet. mit allem, was es braucht. Die Lage ist für Besuche in Miami mit dem eigenen Auto oder mit Uber ideal. Kostenloses Parken direkt vor dem Haus möglich und problemlos. Schöner Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und einfacher Check-in

Cons: Was ich nicht wusste, dass es in dem Haus noch eine Einliegerwohnung zum Garten gibt, die auch vermietet wird. Man hat den Garten also nicht exklusiv. War für mich ok, sollte aber klar kommuniziert werden. Ein Tisch zum Essen/Frühstücken wäre noch schön.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Miami

Pros: Stylisch und gut ausgestattet; schöner Aussenbereich; zentral am Design Distrikt

Cons: relativ laute, nicht einstellbare Klimaanlage während der Nacht; nicht ganz privat , da noch ein Loft direkt nebenan vermietet wird mit gleichem Aussenbereich….

Pros: Sehr schön eingerichteter Bungalow mit toller Küche.

Comfortable

Pros: Excelente ubicación, muy limpio todo, fresco, excelente

Pros: Schöne Unterkunft in Miami. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
