Great place to stay, safe and close to nice locations

Pros: Very nice historic house and a great and nice host. Easy walk to close by locations like bars and supermarket

Pros: I’ve stayed in hundreds of places all over the world. Bert is the best host I have ever had. Everything was as expected or much better.

Great location with charm and well appointed home that completely satisfied our needs.

Cute historic cottage in the heart of the Grove

Pros: Location plus the great little backyard. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly, xommunicative host.

Cons: If I had to nitpick, I'd say living room furniture could use an update, but really it was perfectly clean and comfortable for us.

Perfect for a family getaway.

Pros: Free parking right in front of house. Quiet neighborhood. Saturday farmer's market and coffe shop in morning! Cvs nearby. Amenities of beach umbrella, beach toys, are great. Washer and dryer!

Cons: Little TLC and bring your own shampoo and conditioner, then you will be good! Love the privacy, nothing to complain about.

It was perfect for a week stay, giving each person space to relax. Very quiet street

Pros: Breakfast wasn't included. However, there is a kitchen. We brought some things from home and bought additional food from the local Aldi and Whole Foods. We made our own breakfasts.

Cons: We saw a washer/dryer in the pictures, but there wasn't any washer/dryer. The back door was also locked or stuck. If there were an emergency, we wouldn't be able to get out.

We enjoyed staying in this small but well stocked house in a fabulous location!

Pros: Great location, quiet street, nice to have own little home.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t quite realize was the only bathroom of the house was in the bedroom. It was probably stated in the ad and I must’ve missed it. Was ok but the place would be even better if there was a way to address that.
