City View Balcony steps from Restaurants

Pros: I had a great experience here! The hosts were always on hand and stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok. The room was great, and the location fantastic. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the room, and enough kitchen supplies to have breakfast on the balcony. There was a good supply of towels too.

Great vacation and stay at this location.

Pros: The location was great Coral Gables. Walking distance to malls and numerous restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even the host who I communicated with during the booking was helpful throughout my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and looked exactly like the pics on the page. Excellent parking onsite with 5 levels of parking availble

Cons: No onsite restaurant at the time of my stay. I believe the onsite restaurant was under renovation. No breakfast at the location

Pros: Location was great, very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful.

Pros: Clean, nice views, and very close to all the shops and restaurants of the grove. And the host Debora was amazing and quick to answer all the questions.

Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Hyvä pysäköinti samassa talossa mutta lisämaksusta.

Cons: Huoneisto ei ole niin uusi kuin kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Kaipaisi remonttia, ennen kaikkea kylpyhuoneen osalta. Myös kylpyhuoneesta löytynyt astiakaappi oli varsin erikoinen ratkaisu. Uima-allasalue oli hotellin ja asukkaiden käytössä, sen siisteystaso olisi vaatinut paljon parannusta.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: Excellent view! Short walk to Coconut Grove shopping & restaurant area. Comfortable, bright room. The curtains were effective to block the light at night and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: Only one issue - the partition between this room's deck and the adjoining room's deck is fabric and flapped in the wind loudly one night. I think the property management could fix this.

Amazing location and very spacious and convenient

Pros: Loved the room it was big and comfortable and had a huge bathroom and nice balcony with great water and city views

Pros: It was very clean the view was amazing and the location was great . I love the communication before the stay I was getting all the right information and it all went so smooth
