Pros: The space was clean and quaint and quiet. The bed was comfortable and had z fridge, and kithen space. Great value. Close to airport and quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom was noicey.

Perfect package

Pros: Patricia is the perfect host! I love how she handled everything and would return anytime.

Cons: Was a bit far to reach by bus and, because of the traffic during art basel, also by car.

Good 'out of town' choice

Pros: Away from the bustle and very close to the airport, we enjoyed being in a residential area for a different view of Miami. Accommodation completely self contained with everything we needed for a few days' peaceful and enjoyable stay. Very nicely maintained, spotlessly clean. With a car to get around Miami, which is huge, we appreciated the location and proximity to local eateries for a 'locals' experience. Easy driving and access to the Tamiami Trail, which we took to our next stop in the Everglades

Pros: Nice sweet little backyard apartment - parking spot -near to highway -supermarket 8minutes by walk

Cons: -tv should be in the bed room - a kitchen to cook would made the apartment perfect

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement près de l'aéroport et la propreté.

Cons: Nous n'avons pas apprécié de jeter le papier wc usager dans une poubelle (et non dans la cuvette)... . De plus, c'est assez bruyant, on avait l'impression que certains avions (heureusement pas trop nombreux) allaient atterrir dans le jardin
