Modern 3/1 house close to Beaches and Midtown

Pros: The hosts Alex and Patricia were extremely helpful, we even had the chacne to check out a little later, they were veri nice and cooperative. The house was super comfy, felt like home away from our real home. Thanks again for everything.

House was amazing along with our holiday

Pros: We felt very welcomed, it was like being at home, short drive from airport and instructions very clear of how to get there and access the property. House was very clean, tidy and spacious, close to all amenities. Wound definitely stay there again if I went back to Miami

Pros: Alex sent us the check-in instructions beforehand which made the process seamless. To our delight, when we walked in passed the foyer, the doors opened up to a beautiful, quaint living space fully stocked not only with all items mentioned in the facilities list but also basic food staples in the kitchen, including a bag of chips with dip! He also collected all of our packages that we pre-ordered and personally delivered them to the apartment - I have never received such service before and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: The wifi was a bit sporadic especially in the last room furthest down the corridor.

Escape en familia

Pros: Espacio amplio, estacionamiento interno y amabilidad del host.

Cons: Que solo tenia 1 baño. Para una familia de 5, fue un poco complejo.

El lugar ideal de Miami

Pros: Amabilidad, la casa es espectacular, muy cómodo todo. Nos dejaron la nevera y la despensa llena sin cargos adicionales. Muy fácil de usar la clave para entrar y salir. Parqueadero sin problema. Excelente ubicación

Appartamento molto grande, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort

Pros: Appartamento grande e pulito, a mio parere molto più bello dal vivo che in foto. Le camere erano delle giuste dimensioni, con armadi e cassetti funzionali per riporre i propri vestiti e oggetti personali. Cucina e sala erano fornite di tutto ciò che occorre anche per cucinare in casa. Il check in con codice è sempre la soluzione più comoda, perchè consente di arrivare in autonomia a qualsiasi ora (previa segnalazione all'host via messaggio). In casa abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di bibite, una bottiglia di vino e tanti stuzzichini... un omaggio graditissimo che ci ha fatto sentire bene accolti!

Cons: Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a regolare il riscaldamento (che nel nostro caso a fine dicembre serviva, a causa di un brusco calo delle temperature esterne), che risultava maggiore in 2 delle 3 camere, ma nulla di insostenibile.

Pros: Maison idéalement placée hors du centre ville mais avec tous les accès bus nécessaires.

Excelente estadía con nuestra familia

Pros: Excelente estadía para mi familia de 6 personas. Disfrutamos mucho en los días que nos quedamos, con todas las comodidades que ofrece la casa y el anfitrion. Muy contentos con todo. Volveriamos sin duda.

Najlepsza gościna z jakiej korzystałam dotychczas w apartamentach!!!

Pros: Gospodarz przygotował wspaniały poczęstunek. Zapewnił także wszelkie kosmetyki i środki czystości - także gdyby nam się zagubiły walizki to cały pobyt byśmy przetrwali bez zbędnych zakupów drogeryjnych :) Czyściutko i milutko. W apartamencie wszelkie udogodnienia. Pyszna kawa i lodówka pełna schłodzonych napoi. Szok! Gospodarz zadbał o każdy szczegół wyposażenia aby było wygodnie a zarazem przytulnie. Na dzień dobry imienne powitanie na ścianie :) Aż żałujemy że tylko 3 noce, bo chętnie zostalibyśmy tu min. tydzień 🫶

Cons: Nie ma się czego czepić.
